Refund policy

We want buying a Job pack to be low-risk. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Unused Job packs: full refund

If you haven't used any of the 15 tailorings on your key, you can get a full refund of ₹299 within 14 days of purchase. Email support@fastcv.in with the email address you used at checkout.

Failed tailorings

If a tailoring fails because of an error on our side or the AI service's, you are not charged a credit: it goes back on your key automatically. You don't need to ask.

Something went wrong?

If a tailoring was charged but the result was unusable, or you were charged twice, write to support@fastcv.in and we'll restore the credit or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our payment provider. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show them. When a refund is issued, the license key is disabled.

Nothing to cancel

There are no subscriptions on fastcv, so there is never anything to cancel and nothing will renew.
